The deadline to book in the room block is August 1st. After that date, all the rooms will be released to the public. This is a popular weekend so snag your room now!

There will be a shuttle service for transportation to and from the venue exclusively for guests staying at this hotel. More information about shuttle times will be provided as the date gets closer and at the hotel. If you prefer to drive, the venue is just an 10-minute drive away, and there is plenty of free parking available. You may leave your car overnight, but please remember to pick it up by 10:00 AM the following day.
